The United States Professional Poolplayers Association (UPA) has finally come to North Carolina. We are proud to present our premier pool league to amateur pool players in Central North Carolina. The "Evolution of Pool" was created by touring professionals to allow amateur players to experience a more professional style of play in order to elevate their game to the next level.
